I have to admit that I wasn’t the best expert on e-learning at the time I worked. The way I talked, presented, and learned were all terrible. Following up with students wasn’t easy for me. I was even worse at following up with my boss than I was with my students. But then I had a bad surprise. I was told I had a bad attitude, didn’t work hard enough, and didn’t follow the rules, to name a few.
First, you need to make a plan. There should be a timetable, goals, and steps to take in this strategy. There should be a list of all stakeholders and their needs in the plan, too. Step 2: Make a list of everything you’ll need to finish the project. The leader will need to gather resources, but this stage should also include the people who have been assigned to work with them.
